Each company approaches Construction Phase tasks in their own way but generally comporting to the above diagram commencing with Start of Construction kick-off meetings (KOMs) and ending at the Full Production milestone.  The Full Production milestone is when everything is fully commissioned, connected to the grid, capable to produce electrical energy, with reliability tests completed and any contractual obligation and/or grid requirement fulfilled.​
